Ideally, you need to visit RediMedi 4 to 6 weeks before your trip for a consultation visit. Our knowledgeable staff will set up a vaccination schedule for you dependent on your destination and medical history.

A completed School Athletics Physical form must be on file with the school before students may participate in middle school or high school sports. Forms are available in our office or you may get forms directly from your school's office or website
